About
Built for how Pakistani universities actually run.
UMSonCloud is designed, developed and supported by CyFy Technologies. It runs live at universities across Pakistan today — 26 functional areas and ~500 screens, extended continuously with the institutions that use it.
What we believe
Four convictions the product is built on.
One record, not nine systems
A university is one institution. Its admissions, academics, examinations, finance, HR and quality data should be one record, so a question like "how many students are enrolled, cleared and paid right now" has one answer.
Policy is data
Credit-hour rules, grading, attendance, progression and relegation, fee plans and merit formulas differ between institutions and change over time. They belong in configuration, not in code — so a policy change is a settings edit, not a release.
Compliance is a by-product
HEC, PEC and NCEAC evidence should accumulate while the university runs. If producing the report is a project, the system has failed.
Built for Pakistan
CNIC-based identity, bank scroll reconciliation, quota and merit-list conventions, minute sheets, ORIC and QEC returns — the platform models how Pakistani universities actually operate.
CyFy Technologies
The team behind the platform.
CyFy Technologies builds and operates UMSonCloud end to end — product, hosting, migration, training and support — so an institution deals with one vendor for the whole system.
Get in touch →- One vendor for the entire record — no integration project between suppliers
- Cloud-hosted or on-premise, on a standard Laravel / React / MySQL stack
- Continuous updates on the same codebase for every institution
- Module management: a college and a university on the same platform
See it running before you ask for a meeting.
The live demo is a full installation with 2,397 anonymised students, 60 programmes and every module switched on. No form, no wait.
