Every university must produce QEC self-assessment reports, ORIC research returns and OBE attainment evidence. Most produce them by hand, annually, in panic. In UMSonCloud the evidence accumulates while the university runs. When the panel visits, the report is a query — not a project.

QEC — Quality Enhancement Cell

Survey engine with types, terms, question banks and report categories. Student course evaluation runs inside the portal the students already use, so response rates are a policy decision rather than a chasing exercise.

HEC ORIC returns

ORIC — Research, Innovation & Commercialisation

Research projects with time management, grant applications, incentives and publication rewards. Calls, conferences, MoUs and communities are records — with KPIs scored by year — so the annual ORIC return is a report, not a data-collection drive.

Deployment: Cloud-hosted or on-premise. Multi-tenant architecture; one tenant can hold several campuses, affiliated colleges and distance centres.

Data migration: Student migration is a module with its own workflow, not a services project.
